Assignment 1 Progress

After I got the perfect picture to be use in Assignment 1,I started my journey to create a simple, funky, glowing, and featured with clouds and sunrise e-wallpaper for MMU FOM open day.I have been thinking a lots of idea on the design for my ewallpaper. Well, pictures I showed below will be my reference and guide on completing the assignment.





This is the FOM building picture which I will be using it as the main object of my E-wallpaper



So my first step is to crop the building picture and remove the unnecessary objects such as cars.



Then, I started to design my own sun rising background based on references I got. Using tools such as selection,eleptical marquee tool,line tool and paint bucket tool finally I come out a sketch like this.You can see there is some kind of lighting effect on the sketch where I used sketch>bas relief filter to get it.



And then I paste the FOM building on top of the sunrise image. To finish my first sketch on my e-wallpaper, I put some information about the open day such as date and title of e-wallpaper. And this is my first draft for my e-wallpaper
